Walkthrough ready.  Looks like a factory finish to me.

Hinges are installed with interference from the molding.  Causing rubbing in several door frames.  Additionally, it appears all the door frames are constructed of the same material as the floor molding and door casing.

We removed all the molding in the bedrooms, filled, retextured, repainted and remolded the rooms.  We will need to rebuild all the door frames at some point, they are rubbing terribly and mobile homes don't have standard door frames.  3.5"
